Jouta’s Coaching for HR Professionals provides you with reliable, confidential and as-needed human resources coaching from trusted specialists who have extensive and diverse HR backgrounds.
We offer two levels of HR coaching: The Essentials and Comprehensive. Depending on which option you choose, Jouta’s HR coaching may be used flexibly in a variety of ways.

HR Coaching: The Essentials
Feedback / coaching via email for specific day-to-day HR issues (up to 10 “HR cases” per month)
- Find answers to your HR challenges
- Achieve your HR goals
- Receive a personal response from an HR expert within three business hours of your email
- Quarterly report outlining the HR issues/situations we have coached on for each time period
HR Coaching: Comprehensive
120 minutes of HR coaching by phone, email or in person (at Jouta offices)
- Flexibility to choose / design the coaching you need:
- Guidance on how to provide the most effective and meaningful HR for your organization; supporting you to achieve your HR goals
- Coaching for specific HR issues and challenges
- Facilitating your transition from providing administrative HR to becoming a strategic HR partner
- Available for support if you simply need an HR peer to confide in
- Option to email us background information without using up valuable coaching time
- Courtesy interim follow-up calls and email responses from us that don’t count against your minutes
- Quarterly report outlining the HR issues / situations coached
The Fine Print
- Flat rate monthly fee
- Minimum three month agreement (continues month-to-month thereafter, unless you cancel)
- Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm Pacific Time
- Confidentiality and Privacy is assured and guaranteed in writing
